Purdue Tower Defense
My senior capstone project at Purdue University in Spring 2017 was a collaborative game development project between CGT 411 (Contemporary Problems In Applied Computer Graphics) and CS 407 (Software Engineering II). The goal from the CGT perspective was to address a problem statement: CGT students don’t have opportunities to collaborate with other majors on meaningful class projects. This was the first time that CGT students and CS students had collaborated for their capstone projects in coursework.
The project itself involved creating a tower defense style game with Computer Science department students to explore the pros, cons, and experiences of having a interdisciplinary project during an undergraduate college career.
My responsibilities included:
Facilitating the collaborative nature of the project to fulfill faculty expectations
Organizing the project on the CGT end including deadlines, project management, and obtaining project advisors

3D modeling and texturing of the Sci-Fi faction minions (Melee, Ranged, Tank, and Fast)
