About Dana
Dana’s gateway to drawing was playing Neopets in the mid 2000s and anime. She decided to pursue art at Purdue University’s Computer Graphics Technology and focused on studying modeling and texturing for animation and games. Her senior capstone project, “originally expected […] to be a dumpster fire,” was using a game development project to explore the benefits of collaboration between CGT and Computer Science students (Dr. Nathan Hartman 2017, in a flattering way).
Originally from a suburb outside of St. Louis, Missouri, she now resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Other than art she likes:
petting animals
tending carnivorous plants
cooking
video games
getting nibbled by her cat
getting emotional re-watching the 2017 Worlds Finals when the Elder Drake flies through the arena eSports
“I’m flailing my arms describing how fluffy Willump is.”
